Cave Geckos

Cave Geckos are small, clawed geckos in the genus Goniurosaurus that live in east Asia. Depending on the species they may also be called tiger geckos, ground geckos and leopard geckos (Though the Common Leopard Gecko is in a different genus: Eublepharis). 

Common species in captivity include: 

• the Chinese Cave Gecko (G. hainanensis)

• the Bawangling Cave Gecko (G. bawanglingensis)

• the Vietnamese Cave Gecko (G. araneus) 

• the Japanese Cave Gecko (G. luii)

• Kuroiwa's Ground Gecko (G. kuroiwae)
